Your Favorite photos into Custom Wooden Art by Dave Danchuk
Dave Danchuk is a Canadian scrollsaw artist who creates large colorful artwork by cutting a large piece of MDF or plywood into hundreds of small pieces using his scrollsaw. The pieces are then hand painted using acrylic paints. After that, the pieces are all glued on to a backing board.

I am an artist also, using photos and images of people and places into my art canvas. Nice work. interesting colors…
Quite Cool!
I just released a simple app (for Android and iPhone/iPad/iWhatever) that recreates a selected photo with artwork elements selected by the user. It’s called Pixeroid and you can take a quick look at some user submitted “pixeroids” at http://pixeroid.com We are about to release an update with high res output (for now it’s 1024×768), more artwork and speed improvements.
Cheers.
Das hört sich super an, ich bin begeistert!
